Lovely place, wonderful views, a home-from-home feel to it, and enough space to feel cosy yet spatial. Would recommend, as suits both sunny weather and cold storms, as we had both!

Kirkley Cliff House is exactly as advertised and more. 12 of us and a small dog had a wonderful week at the beginning of August 2025 - plenty of room, very well equipped kitchen, plenty of light entertainment by way of books, games, jigsaws etc, a dog proof garden for letting dog run free and somewhere to store bikes when not in use. A terrace in Read morethe back garden to enjoy eating outdoors and making use of the BBQ or for catching the evening sun, safe parking, welcome pack that covered immediate requirements - all in all a perfect place for a family or group of friends to spend a happy time together by the sea. Our family of 11 had a lovely stay at 12 Kirkley Cliff. Its a great location for the beach with some shops and restaurants close by. It was a big plus having parking spaces available on a busy road. A beautiful property with great amenities and comfortable beds. Great location to the beach and a good pamphlet collection for things to do and places to eat. A short walk to the shops and pubs. We really enjoyed our time.
