Great location, a few minutes walk from the town and really close to the beach. The place was really clean and comfortable. The garage as stated is really small at an angle to park and you would have to be a parking ninja to get a car in it. Although we took our car there was loads of free parking 5 mins away

This was our second visit to Tibbys and it was every bit as enjoyable as the first. The house is wonderfully comfortable and well-equipped. The beds are superb, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need, and the decor is calm and relaxing. A fabulous comfortable house in a great central location. We should have read the details more carefully as the garage is only suitable for small or medium sized car. We managed to fit a Range Rover Sport with only a few mm of clearance.

It is a very pleasant building with an en suite, a family bathroom and downstair wc which is handy. Well located and equipped.

Excellent house, bed was very comfy, and had everything we needed and more. The garage was a real bonus and our Kia Sportage fit in there fine. Location is excellent, literally a two minute walk to the lovely town with lots of great eateries and retail therapy. The sea is less than a 5 minute walk. Would 100% stay again.

This house is fabulous. It was spotlessly clean and so very comfortable for a truly relaxing Winter break. The house is very well equipped; the beds are 5 star for comfort and the actual bedrooms are calm and peaceful for sleeping; the shower room and en-suite both have lovely efficient rainfall shower-heads and the water is always piping hot. We hRead moread a mid-stay freshen-up and bed-change from two marvellous sisters who left the property absolutely gleaming. The house is only a two-minute walk from the high street with it's abundance of individual shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. Dogs are very welcome in Southwold which is a huge bonus. Ignore this property at your peril! Hide

We really enjoyed staying here. It has a good central location while still being located in a quiet road. Lots of facilities - it was very clean, comfortable and modern. We would definitely return.
