Neighbouring the beautiful Wistlandpound Reservoir, where you can take a walk through the peaceful woodlands that are full of wildlife. Have a go at birdwatching or trout fishing, or simply enjoy a spot of lunch at one of the many picnic tables. This is the perfect location for walking enthusiasts with a choice of moorlands, woodland walks and the spectacular South West Coastal path. Enjoy a day out at Exmoor Zoo, home to 175 species of animals and only 4 miles away, or venture further to Combe Martins Wildlife and Dinosaur Park (5 miles), set in 28 acres of spectacular gardens and a great day out for all the family. The seaside village of Combe Martin (7 miles) has a lovely bay which is popular for kayaking and paddle boarding and is an excellent place for lunching in the many pubs, cafes and restaurants. If you fancy a day at the beach there are plenty to choose from including Woolacombe (14 miles). Close to the gorgeous spots seen in a number of films including the 2025 film 'The Salt Path'.

A former barn that housed the tractors has been converted into a charming, quirky and full-of-character holiday home. With Oak beams, a vaulted ceiling and original stone throughout. The cosy lounge offers a sumptuous sofa, comfy chairs and a Smart TV where you can relax after a day of adventure. The delightful kitchen has everything you need to whip up a favourite meal or hearty breakfast to start the day. There is a twin room on the ground floor and a family bathroom with a stunning free-standing bath, a walk-in shower and WC. Take the steps to the mezzanine bedroom with a double sleigh bed.

Outside has an enclosed garden with a patio set and stunning views across the countryside. There is also a communal area and a games room with table tennis, shared only with one other cottage. As this was previously a working farm there are a variety of animals nearby.
