A well-presented top floor apartment ideally located right in the centre of the popular seaside town of Wells-next-the-Sea. There are activities for all, including crabbing by the harbour, a plethora of eateries and independent shops to visit amongst the pretty lanes. Visit Holkham Hall (2 miles) with year-round events and a vast estate for any age to enjoy. For wildlife loves Blakeney National Nature Reserve (8 miles), Cley Marshes Visitor Centre (10 miles) and Scolt Head Island (8 miles) are all within easy reach. Other delights nearby are Burnham Market, Brancaster and the Georgian town of Holt to name just a few.

A wonderful apartment, in the perfect location to explore North Norfolk! Wells-next-the-sea is a beautiful place, and the position of the apartment couldn't be better with everything on your doorstep.

Property was in a great location and very quiet at night, despite it being central to all the amenities in Wells. Property was very well equipped. We stayed as a couple but obviously could accommodate a family or another person/couple. It was very spacious for two. The parking behind the property was a bonus. We could also have stored our cycles Read moreindoors, should we have opted to take them on holiday. Hide

The heating was so good as was the location for walking into Wells. Ideal for family with two children or one or two couples.

Location of this property is great with parking, so close to the shops and pier. Spacious accommodation, all you need for a great break away.

Comfortable and welcoming apartment with useful parking. Very close to local Nisa shop, bus stop for coastal hopper buses and numerous pubs and eateries. Quay and fish and chip shops at bottom of Staithe Street.

A lovely apartment conveniently located in the centre of Wells within a few minutes walk of all the shops, restaurants and cafes in the town. Spotlessly clean, well furnished, very comfortable and with lots of storage space.
