This gorgeous characterful cottage, perfect for a couple, is situated just 3.5 miles from Cromer beach and down the road from the stunning National Trust Felbrigg Hall (2.5 miles). Cromer, a quaint seaside town filled with charm and character, is the perfect destination for a couple looking for a delightful holiday with scenic views and a variety of activities. From sandy beaches, pubs galore and local seafood restaurants, everything here oozes a sense of relaxation and calmness. With plenty of nature reserves, gardens, and parks dotted along with the coastline and surrounding area, there is no better place to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Other seaside and market towns such as Sheringham (7 miles), Mundesley (8 miles) and Holt (11 miles) are easily accessible.

Entry to the cottage leads straight into the cosy traditional-in-style kitchen; it is fully equipped with everything you need for a home-cooked meal and more. From the doorway in the kitchen, you will find yourself in a spacious living room with characterful features including a beamed ceiling and antiques. There is both comfortable seating and a dining table and chairs for convenience. There is a log-burning stove for those chillier nights, as well as a generously sized Smart TV to sit back and relax after a long day of exploring the North Norfolk coastline. Heading up the steep Norfolk winder staircase, you will find double bedroom number one; the second bedroom, with garden views, is accessed via the first bedroom and is also a double. There is a convenient and modern Jack and Jill bathroom in between the bedrooms upstairs cleverly built into the space provided by the cottage’s traditional build.

To the rear of the cottage, accessed by a path down the side of the property, there is an enclosed garden, with a patio at the end, housing some garden furniture to enjoy those warm summer evenings or your morning coffee. From a quiet lane to the side of the house you can walk to Felbrigg Hall, the lane takes you right into the grounds of the hall.

Make sure the chair with casters has caster cups to stop it sliding on the stone floor when sitting into and getting out of the chair.

What a beautiful cottage! Well equipped but with a sympathetic nod to bygone days! Luxurious bed linen, quirky and interesting trinkets about the place yet still everything you need for a great get away leaving the stresses of life behind you - even a bottle of plonk and artisan bread in the welcome hamper! Thank you x
