The bright and open property features a contemporary fitted kitchen that opens out into a spacious and comfortable living/dining area to the first floor, with a convenient second lounge area on the ground floor that acts as a great hideaway for movie nights. A welcoming double bedroom and modern shower room complete the ground floor. A private garden laid with artificial grass lies to the rear of the property, with a balcony and patio sets to the front - perfect for those morning coffees and evening drinks. 

The first thing that will catch your eye as you wander into bustling village, is the stunning stretch of golden sands, alongside its pretty harbour. Saundersfoot Beach is ideal for fishing, watersports, sandcastles or simply dipping your toes in the ocean with ice cream in hand. Saundersfoot is also home to some excellent pubs, bars, restaurants, cafes, and shops, and all highly recommended by locals and visitors alike. Take a walk around to Coppet Hall beach at low tide and then through to old mining tunnels to Wisemans Bridge's seafront pub for a delicious meal or rent a paddle board and enjoy the scenic coastline from the sea. Easily accessed from the village, the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path is a popular route into the hustle and bustle of Tenby's vibrant walled town (4.5mi), where you can explore the colourful streets lined with shops and eateries, stroll along one of three stunning beaches, or take a boat trip out to spot local wildlife, as well as numerous other activities.

Lovely roomy apartment with lots of nice touches. Bathroom and kiyin particular were fab. Had a problem with the heating when we arrived so had no heating the first night but all sorted early the next morning. Great location and we would love to come back later in the year

Excellent location with own parking within walking distance to pubs, restaurants, shops and beach. Very comfortable, spacious and everything thought of to make our stay enjoyable. Quality fixtures and fittings including a great shower.

What superb accommodation, where do we start? The location for all the local facilities are amazing, a short walk to: 1. Your parking area, 2. Bus stop to Tenby & more, if required 3. The Argosy Fish & Chips, (very good) 4. The Copper Hog butchers serving lots of goodies 5.The Captain's Table Pub & Food, very tasty, healthy portions & good value 6.Read more The beautiful beach 7. The Royal Oak Pub - great beer and apparently lovely food. Now the accommodation, we stayed the first full week in October, just two of us so used only the ground and first floors as, definitely nothing else was required. Excellent furnishings, equipment, tasteful and quality. Plenty of instructions how everything worked. It's was such a benefit for us to be able to have save off road parking and a freezer when it is only for two people. It was my 70th birthday so we were extremely pleased to be able to spend our week's break in such lovely accommodation, an absolute credit to the owners. Hide

We found it was well equipped and clean and comfortable, wish they had ITV X app on tv as well as the others. Really handy location for restaurants, pubs and shops. The neighbourhood outside the parking complex lets the location down a bit hence rated good not very good

Apartment was OK but the garden was overgrown with weeds,the walls outside on the balcony needed painting,it also said online that there was a coffee machine in the utility part but there was not also it said it had a separate loo but there was not.

The apartment is lovely and spacious, well equipped and beautifully furnished. Having both outside seating space and on site car parking is a big plus. The location of the apartment is great. Beach harbour, shops, restaurants, bus stops are all only a short walk away. We enjoyed our holiday in Saundersfoot.

The Sandbox is impeccably clean, well stocked and comfortable. Within minutes of the harbour, beach, supermarkets and restaurants and we already look forward to returning.

We loved the Sandbox Appartment and would definitely return again! It was spacious and well equipped. Sitting on the balcony for breakfast in sunny May was an added bonus. The property is ideally located for easy access to the beach, restaurants, pubs and shops. Private parking is also a bonus for a town centre location. The property is nicely furnished and the kitchen and bathroom first class. We really enjoyed our stay and even got to sit on the balcony in the sunshine despite it being mid March.

This was a lovely comfortable spacious clean property. Super kitchen with high quality utensils and crockery. Comfortable seating and bed, plenty of storage. Perfectly situated a minute from harbour.
