As you step inside this beautifully renovated 17th century granite built Cornish cottage, you are greeted with a warm and welcoming lounge with comfortable sofas to slump into after a day exploring and a Smart TV to entertain you. Walk through to the kitchen on your left, which is equipped with everything you might need, including a huge American style fridge/freezer and an electric range cooker for preparing those unforgettable family holiday meals and a sociable breakfast bar to perch on. A door leads through to a separate dining room and utility where you will find a handy WC, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs are the three bedrooms, one double, one zip-and-link king-size bed (this can be unzipped to make two 2'6" single beds) and one small 4' double bed. The family bathroom is up here with an electric shower over bath, WC and basin.
Outside you are greeted with an enclosed patio area with pretty bedding plants all around for dining al fresco, and a sun trap south facing garden. There is also a large secure padlocked shed for bikes or surfboards storage.
