This charming holiday home surrounded by countryside is the perfect spot for exploring this beautiful part of Norfolk. The village of Runham sits in a unique landscape under the big open skies that Norfolk is so famous for and its location close to the east coast beaches and within the Broads National Park means that you have the best of both worlds just moments from your doorstep. The area is relatively flat and makes fantastic cycling country – try out The Broads Explorer loop while here. The coast hosts some beautiful sandy beaches; Winterton-on-Sea and Horsey are less than 10 miles away. At Horsey, you can also get up close and personal with the resident seal colony. The Broads National Park boasts 125 miles of inlets and waterways to explore, a perfect escape from your everyday world, you can also enjoy a guided wildlife trip on a larger boat at nearby Horsey Mere. If you are looking to escape from the stresses of everyday life in a relaxed countryside location, then look no further.

Step into a lovely, spacious entrance area with room for your shoes and coats. The first room you will come to is the warm and welcoming living room with comfortable seating and a Smart TV. At the end of the hallway, you will find the well-equipped kitchen with dining space and then just off this is the utility room, both spaces looking out onto the pretty lawned garden. Next to the kitchen is the dining room with plenty of space for families and friends to sit, socialise and enjoy a lovely meal together. The dining room also has patio doors which open out onto the garden. Following on from the dining room there is also a good-sized downstairs cloakroom. The first floor plays host to three spacious and inviting bedrooms, with one double bed, one king and the other with zip-and-link beds which can be made up as either a super-king bed or a twin set, meeting the needs of families and friends. All bedrooms have been tastefully furnished throughout with one of the double bedrooms also having en-suite shower facilities. On this floor, there is also a family bathroom with a bath and separate shower.

The property has its own enclosed rear lawned garden and patio area with furniture which can be accessed from the dining room or utility room. This large private garden is the perfect spot for some al fresco dining or soaking in the last of the day’s sunshine.

Arborlynn House was the perfect home base for our Easter mini break. The home was clean, comfortable and had enough space for my multigenerational family. We will definitely book another stay when we want to be close to Great Yarmouth!

The cottage was probably the cleanest we have ever stayed in - it was spotless. The whole property is really well equipped and the little extras such as the welcome pack were much appreciated. For us the location was ideal and to be honest we couldn't fault anything at all so would definitely look to book again should we be visiting the area again Read morein the future. Hide

Arborlynn is a beautifully-kept and well-equipped house in a quiet lane. The property is very spacious but at the same time warm and homely, and has a secure back garden ideal for dogs. The beds are very comfortable, and the sofas and recliner in the sitting room great for relaxing after a day out. There are local walks along the lane down to the mRead morearshes and up to the village, which again are great for dogs. No shops in Runham itself, but a pub and bakery in Stokesby, 5 minutes drive away, and a sizeable Tesco at Caister (15 minutes). The property is very well placed for visiting the many attractions within half-an-hour or so's drive (but Yarmouth is best avoided in the evening rush hour). Hide

House very nice in general, very clean and very well equipped. Ornaments and pictures not to our taste and seemed over personal to owner?

A lovely house in a very quiet village. it was spotlessly clean and in very good decorative condition. Runham has no shop or pub but that was great for us, many of the local villages do and are only a few minutes drive away. it is well situated for all that the Norfolk Broads has to offer with Wroxham less than 1/2 hour away and the beaches a CaistRead moreer, Great Yarmouth, Walcott on sea etc. all about the same. Had a great time despite the poor weather.... Hide
