Really loved the location being able to walk over the road with the kids and the dog to the Sutton Hoo footpaths, and quick drive to the lovely town of Woodbridge for cafes and shops. We had a very enjoyable holiday in one of our favourite parts of the country, thank you!

The house was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of towels, toilet roll, shampoo, conditioner and body wash which was good quality. The location of the house is not good, there's nothing near and the road was so very busy and incredibly loud. You can't hear the TV with the patio doors open and you wouldn't be able to sit in the garden with thRead moreat noise. The pub, according to my sat nav, is over a mile away and the road is extremely busy with no pavement, and a roundabout to contend with. You will have to drive everywhere. I wouldn't recommend this house ONLY because of it's location. Hide

The cottage is in a great location and generally very pleasant and comfortably furnished. A small, comfortable cottage very well-placed for Sutton Hoo. If you are non-drivers consider somewhere closer to better transport links as, although there are walking routes straight from the house, you are sandwiched between a golf course and a busy road and there is nowhere nearby to pick up groceries. The road was noisy and spoiled any attemptsRead more to sit out in the garden. The cottage was dog-friendly and the owners were generous with cleaning supplies including dishwasher tablets which I always appreciate. Hide

We had a wonderful stay and didn't want to leave! So much beautiful countryside, and all accessible from the cottage. There's also a lovely walk into Woodbridge across the golf course and along the river. It was a bit out of the way for us non-car drivers, but the e-bikes we hired from Virtue bikes in Woodbridge were a godsend.

A well situated and good size cottage with a secure back garden enjoyed by our dog. The cottage was cosy and comfortable as were the beds. The garden was safe for our inquisitive spaniel although it would have been nice if the garden furniture was a bit more up to date. The cottage is ideally located to visit the NT Sutton Hoo and good dog walking opportunities both there and around the perimeter of the Woodbridge Golf course.

Nice house, good location from which to explore the area. New guests need to be aware of significant potholes on passage to parking space. Care recommended, especially for smaller cars (I drive a mini).

A good size holiday cottage, placed between Sutton Hoo and the golf course at Woodbridge (both of which have public footpaths for dog walks). A pretty part of the world to visit, near heaths/commons, woodland/forrest and shingle beaches. The beds were comfy, kitchen was well equipped, light living room with a nice fireplace (not used as it was JunRead moree), a good size garden but the fence is mostly picket to waist height (so only really suitable for smaller dogs unsupervised as there is a main road at the back). Access is by a private drive, which is best suited to a 4x4 type car - you wouldnt want to take a low slung car down it. Good it has its own parking and its pretty secluded. The area is generally quiet, you cant hear the road in the house and its good to see the stars. Woodbridge is nearby with lots of facilities, and the Plough at Sutton is great for proper home cooked food. There are other fancier gastro type pubs about, which arent our thing. We enjoyed our break, and would recommend the accommodation. Hide
