Found in the rural hamlet of Tregowris, this cosy cottage offers comfortable accommodation for up to four guests, making it a peaceful retreat for couples and smaller families who want to explore the beautiful Lizard Peninsula and West Cornwall. Located in an unspoilt area, the cottage is conveniently situated just a short distance from many stunning beaches such as Kynance Cove (10 miles) and Kennack Sands (6.6 miles) and the lovely harbour village of Mullion (7.8 miles). Close too is the Helford area with pretty villages and coves to explore. Coverack Beach, with its picturesque sandy beach suitable for swimming and windsurfing, is only 3 miles away. The region is perfect for water sports, fishing and scenic walks with several attractions to visit within a 13-mile radius such as Trebah Gardens, Flambards Theme Park and Roskilly’s Farm which makes ice cream with milk only from their own local herd.

Upon entering this charming single-storey cottage from the dedicated parking area in the communal court, you’ll be greeted by a stable door accessed via a couple of steps. Inside is a welcoming open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The living area features comfortable seating and a Smart TV along with a Bluetooth digital music system creating an inviting space to relax, chat or indulge in a good book. The dining area is compact and seats four round a small table to enjoy shared meals with the fully equipped kitchen allowing you to prepare your favourite dishes. Continuing your exploration of this characterful cottage, you’ll discover a shower room and two bedrooms. The first bedroom is a double and the second offers twin beds for flexibility. Both bedrooms provide ample storage.

Outside, the garden is enclosed and boasts a lovely lawn area with outdoor furniture, creating a delightful setting for enjoying meals in the open air and relaxing on peaceful summer afternoons.  Across the way is a communal lawn with a wooden bench and washing line, ideal if you want some extra outside space.

Cottage was well equipped very cosy good location for all areas, didn't like the narrow road.
