This well presented single storey property has a stylish contemporary interior with two pretty bedrooms, and a well equipped kitchen. The dining table sits alongside the French doors which open up onto the large rear garden, the perfect place to relax after a long day.
Reydon is a lovely village with a couple of well stocked stores and the Randolph Hotel with its excellent restaurant and bar. Divided from Southwold by Buss Creek with easy access to the beach at Southwold, Reydon is popular with cyclists and walkers. Head down to the pier and the iconic lighthouse, see the pastel coloured beach huts and enjoy fabulously fresh seafood! The town has some excellent independent shops, cafes and restaurants, but be sure to call in for a pint of the acclaimed Adnams beer in one of the popular pubs.

Reydon is only divided from Southwold by Buss Creek, a narrow stretch of water where the fishing boats (busses) of long ago used to tie up. All properties therefore have easy access to beaches and town centre amenities by road and various footpaths. Reydon boasts two well-stocked village stores, as well as the Randolph Hotel which has an excellent restaurant and good locals' bar.
