This wonderful apartment is accessed via your own private stairs and a fresh and welcoming atmosphere meets you as you enter. The space has been used well to provide some seating with Smart TV, a king-size bed, and a cosy well-equipped kitchen as well as an en-suite shower room with electric shower.

Outside you have a lovely gravelled area with seating and a BBQ, ideal for relaxing in the summer.

The Well Top Apartment is a modern, well equipped apartment in a central location in Cornwall making visits to North and South Coast easy. We only saw the hosts on the day before last, which means everything was in order, but there was no added value from them either. There is no real place to sit outside the apartment (the space provided for that Read moreis also needed to park your car). But most serious setback is the noise of the nearby (100m) A389. Even in the middle of the night (and with closed windows in the apartment) there is never a moment that you don't here the noise of cars. Hide

We had a wonderful stay at Well Top Apartment. Our host greeted us on arrival making sure that we had all the information we needed. The apartment was in immaculate condition . The property is a short distance from Lanivet where there is a pub and fish and chip shop. The location is superb for visiting both the coast and countryside. The National TRead morerust property Lanhydrock is only 2 miles away and well worth a visit. We would highly recommend this property and will be definitely booking again! Hide

Absolutely lovely apartment! Lovely owners on site to help if needed. Good locations if wanted to travel around Cornwall and have a nice place to stay in.

Wow! This was a lovely set out apartment and absolutely beautifully presented. Everything was spotlessly clean and we felt immediately at home. The owners were very nice and there if we needed them and left us to it otherwise, perfect! A spotlessly clean, perfectly equipped and ideally situated apartment for exploring Cornwall. The owners are wonderfully friendly and attentive hosts without being intrusive and were on hand if needed. I cannot recommend this apartment enough.

John and Karen were really accommodating, they provided us with spare beach towels, John drew up a map with locations of beaches and cool things to do in Cornwall.
