Lanivet is a hidden gem of a holiday destination that you won't want to miss. Situated in the heart of Cornwall, Lanivet is just a easy drive from some of the most stunning attractions in the area, including the world-renowned Eden Project, just 6 miles away, and the historic fishing village of Padstow is just 16 miles away. Not only does Lanivet offer easy access to these incredible destinations, but it also has plenty to offer in its own right; explore the picturesque countryside, visit the charming village itself, or relax in one of the cozy local pubs. With so much to see and do, Lanivet is the perfect place to make unforgettable memories on your next holiday.

This wonderful apartment is accessed via your own private stairs and a fresh and welcoming atmosphere meets you as you enter. The space has been used well to provide some seating with Smart TV, a king-size bed, and a cosy well-equipped kitchen as well as an en-suite shower room with electric shower.

Outside you have a lovely gravelled area with seating and a BBQ, ideal for relaxing in the summer.

A really pleasant upper apartment, with everything you could need. Although during my stay I couldn't take advantage of the private outside table and chairs, due to adverse weather, pleasant weather for others would make this possible. For me it was an ideal base to allow me to visit the attractions that suited me.

An ideal place to stay in a lovely part of the country. Offered everything I needed for a short break in the area - clean, comfortable. Host came out to greet me just after arrived; all in all, very happy.

The Well Top Apartment is a modern, well equipped apartment in a central location in Cornwall making visits to North and South Coast easy. We only saw the hosts on the day before last, which means everything was in order, but there was no added value from them either. There is no real place to sit outside the apartment (the space provided for that Read moreis also needed to park your car). But most serious setback is the noise of the nearby (100m) A389. Even in the middle of the night (and with closed windows in the apartment) there is never a moment that you don't here the noise of cars. Hide
