With a picturesque beach and beautiful countryside walks right on your doorstep, there are endless opportunities for hiking, cycling, or simply taking a leisurely stroll through the village's quaint streets. There are two great pubs, both within a short walking distance. Branscombe is a fantastic central location, with nearby attractions like the Jurassic Coast and the historic town of Sidmouth (5 miles), where you will find a host of wonderful local shops and fine eateries. Other attractions and places of interest close-by include The Donkey Sanctuary which offers free entry and an impressive cafe, walks around the Seaton Wetlands, Lyme Regis (12 miles) which is renowned for its bustling harbour, delightful beaches and shops, and the picture-postcard village of Beer (2 miles), with its shingle beach and fresh seafood.

The dining table provides seating for all guests and is a wonderful spot for enjoying a meal together. As you move through to the sitting room, you'll find comfortable seating for all, perfect for relaxing in front of the TV while enjoying the warmth of the crackling wood burner on chillier evenings. Downstairs is completed with a separate WC and boot room just off the dining room. Upstairs, you'll find three beautifully appointed bedrooms and a family bathroom. The first two bedrooms feature comfy double beds, while the third bedroom is a brilliant kid’s room, offering an arrangement of bunk beds that can sleep up to four children. The Cottage is situated on a narrow country lane that leads to the village and beach. There is ample roadside parking down the lane from the cottage, and luggage can be unloaded outside the cottage.
