This charming country hideaway offers peace and seclusion, perfectly situated to enjoy both the peace and quiet but also venture into the busier parts of the coast. Set within its own 34 acres of unspoiled countryside, including two fully fenced and secure fields for letting the dogs off, as well as fantastic woodland walks right from your doorstep, there is plenty to explore. Nearby Polperro, and Looe (4 miles) are picturesque fishing villages, each with their own harbours and beaches; sit and admire the boats coming in and out then sample their daily catch in one of the excellent restaurants. There are plenty of opportunities to indulge in water-based activities with some good diving and snorkelling sites along the coast as well as excellent coves to explore whilst paddle boarding. Further afield, Adrenaline Quarry is 9 miles away and the Eden Project (16 miles) hosts numerous events throughout the year.

Stepping inside this superb barn conversion really does offer the wow factor! Its open plan lounge/kitchen/diner offers plenty of natural light, a cosy area to sit and enjoy a glass of something or simply snuggle up on the sofa and watch a movie on the Smart TV, the choice is yours. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare a delicious meal or whip up some breakfast in bed. Downstairs is a fabulous bedroom, stylishly designed, and offering quality linens and furnishings to match. Great for dogs, secure garden & fields for exercising . Owner very accommodating, allowing early entry and quickly fixing an issue with the washing machine.
