Historic Battle is 3 miles away and Hastings 2 miles, with its charming Old Town and vintage shops and is home to the largest beach-launched fishing fleet in Europe.
Step inside the hall with plenty of space for coats and shoes and continue through into the welcoming open-plan dining room with a glass roof, a cosy snug area for morning tea and a well-equipped kitchen with underfloor heating. The garden room has underfloor heating, a large comfortable sofa, an armchair, and an array of plants. Doors open out to a decked terrace and pond. The comfortable and spacious sitting room has soft seating, an open fireplace, a Smart TV, and a grand piano, which guests are welcome to play. There is a separate study with a desk, armchairs and bookshelves and through to a cloakroom with a WC. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, one king-size bed, one double and a single room. The king-size bedroom has a dressing room and an en-suite. The family bathroom has a free-standing bath in the middle of the room, double sinks and a WC. On the second floor one of the bedrooms has a double bed with an en-suite shower, separate bath and WC and the other bedroom is a twin with an en-suite with a shower over bath and WC.

Please note the property is located on a working farm with horses and sheep in the adjoining field and although 2 dogs are welcome, guests should be aware of this.
