To the north of Kessingland is Lowestoft (7 miles), with its sandy beaches and family attractions, and to the south, explore the traditional seaside town of Southwold with its pier and promenade. Inland, the Norfolk Broads are waiting to be discovered – Oulton Broad is just 7.5 miles away.

At the centre of the property is the living/dining area with a large window showcasing the amazing views across the beach and out to sea. The property has two double bedrooms and a single bedroom, all with use of the shared family bathroom.
There is a great enclosed garden with panoramic views of Kessingland beach and is a beautiful spot to watch the sunrise on the wooden swing bench. Al fresco dining is easy here where you can enjoy BBQs on the decking area which is equipped with dining table, chairs and even sun loungers.
