The coastal town of Bude is just 19 miles away and possesses three glorious sandy beaches, whilst also having many local shops and fine eateries to delve into. Other popular attractions include the cobbled streets at Clovelly, turquoise waters at Widemouth Bay and of course the historic tails at Boscastle, all under 25 miles from the home.
Stepping into the house, a spacious kitchen/diner has been decorated in a traditional farmhouse style. To one end is the well equipped kitchen area and the other the spacious dining space with seating for all to enjoy a tasty meal. Moving onwards into the lounge guests can sit back and relax on the comfortable sofas, whilst warming up after a day of adventures in front of the warming electric fire and Smart TV. Opposite the hallway from the main lounge sits a further snug room with a cosy wood burner, ideal to retreat and read a book or even bring out your favourite family board games. Completing the ground floor is a shower room. Making your way upstairs you first have an additional children's games room allowing those to take their pick from a multitude of game options including table football.
