Conveniently located, this bright and airy property is 150 metres from Porthmeor beach and a short walk to town with its independent shops, bars, restaurants and attractions such as the Tate St. Ives, and the Barbara Hepworth Museum & Sculpture Garden. The coastal path is 50 metres away so it’s easy to explore the rugged coastlines and breathtaking scenery. St Ives is located in a great spot to explore West Cornwall; the sandy beaches of Carbis Bay, Gwithian and Hayle are within 10 miles for a good day out, or use as a base to discover Land’s End or The Lizard.
As you enter the property, the kitchen presents a warm welcome with everything you need for your stay. The lounge has comfortable seating and large French doors leading out to a spacious decked area with views overlooking from the headland, and across the beach. The dining room has seating for six and a further set of French doors that lead onto the balcony. The view from your bed in the en suite master bedroom will fill you with pure delight. This room also has seating, and a second balcony overlooking the sea. The second bedroom can be set-up as a twin or king size double. There is also a family bathroom with shower over bath.
Outside you can benefit from a large decking area with plenty of seating and a second tier should you need more space. There is parking for two cars at the front of the property.
Please note: the steps leading down to the front entrance from the parking spaces are steep and uneven.
