A comfortable, modern ground floor apartment which has been finished to a high standard. All of St Ives' shops, bars, restaurants and galleries are all an easy stroll away from your front door. Simply perfect for a relaxing and pleasurable break away.

The attractive open plan lounge/kitchen/diner is well equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and Smart TV. There is one bedroom with a 5ft bed. The bathroom has a walk in double shower, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail. There is also a handy utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside is a communal courtyard with seating to enjoy an evening tipple.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Travel Cot provided.
Beach: 0.5 ml. Pub: 0.5 ml. Beach, pub and shop 5 minute walk

Incredibly comfortable bed, and ditto the sitting room seating! Bath towel was very small. I was dismayed to find that I couldn't have the bedroom window open at night without making myself rather vulnerable, as the place is ground floor and the windows swing open very wide, but that may not matter to some. Very handy for the Tate and the beach Read morethere. There is no window in the sitting room, just one by the kitchen end, so no views to be had, but it would be cosy in the winter. Hide

There was building work going on from wed 21st May until Fri 23rd May in the aparment in front of ours. We were not told about this. Debri was left outside for 3 days, unsightly

Was surprised how close we were to the town , 5 min walk maximum . House was well equipped , tastefully furnished and clean , bed comfortable .

I enjoyed my stay at Trevail. The apartment was very nice. I had my little dog with me so it was quite convenient that it did have some outside space for us to sit in between going out for our walks and she enjoyed just sitting at the door.

Great cottage, clean and well equipped. Its worth noting that if you fit and well the location on a steep hill would not be to much of a problem, unfortunately both of us have health issues and were not able to walk to the beach or town. Having said that we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you St Ives for a wonderful holiday.
