A lovingly furnished thatch roof-listed cottage with a central quaint seaside town location in Seaton, amenities including shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs all on your doorstep. Within 0.1 mile to the esplanade next to the local mile-long Seaton beach, great for swimming, surfing or a paddle. Situated along the Jurassic Coastline, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, there is lots of outdoor exploring to be done including rambling along the scenic South West Coast Path which can be accessed 0.1 mile from the cottage. Wetlands Nature Reserve is 1 mile and further afield you’ll find other exciting seaside destinations including Lyme Regis (8 miles) and Sidmouth (10 miles).
Entering the cottage, you’re welcomed on your left by the first sitting room area, with beautiful exposed beams and cosy sofas. Down the hallway is a spacious kitchen/diner, with a large dining table for guests and a small breakfast bar area. The kitchen is well-equipped and provides a beautiful family bolthole with comfy sofa seating in the corner. Moving upstairs to your left is a twin bedroom, and down the hall is a master king-size bedroom with a vanity mirror and hairdryer. A second lounge area is situated upstairs with a Smart TV and balcony area with a large outdoor table and chairs great for enjoying the summer evenings with your glass of your favourite drink with family and friends. Further down the hall is the family bathroom with a walk-in shower and bath with WC, adjacent on the landing is plenty of storage space including clothes hanging area for all bedrooms if required. The final two bedrooms completing the cottage are a children’s bunk bedroom and another king-size bedroom.WIFI is available at the cottage.
Outside to the rear is a balcony overlooking the garden, an enclosed two-tiered space with a lawn and patio.
