Guests can also join the rugged South West Coast Path, and follow the scenic trail all the way into Bude (2 miles) where you will find a renowned surfer’s paradise with three glorious sandy beaches, and a fantastic array of local shops and fine eateries. Slightly further afield, guests can visit some brilliant Southwest attractions such as The Milky Way Adventure Park (15 miles) and historic fishing villages such as Boscastle and Clovelly, both under 17 miles away.

This home from home provides the added convenience of two downstairs bedrooms, one containing a king-size bed and accompanying en suite shower room, and the other a welcoming twin room that can be made into a super-king on request. Completing the ground floor is a beautiful downstairs bathroom, with walk-in shower and WC. Heading up the staircase will bring you to the remaining bedrooms, and further family bathroom. The two end bedrooms host commanding views over the canal and again, provide accompanying en suite shower rooms, whilst the remaining two bedrooms are separated by the final family bathroom, with shower over bath and WC.
Stepping out through the bi-fold doors in the kitchen/diner will lead you out onto the enclosed patio and lawn space. The patio provides ample outdoor seating, allowing you to relax along the Canalside with your favourite hot brew.
