Ideal for families and friends or celebrating a big occasion, this spacious property is situated on the edge of Pentney Lakes. Pentney is located about 8 miles south-east of King’s Lynn. It is in the valley of the River Nar. On the lakes itself you are able to throw yourself into water sports such as waterskiing and wakeboarding. Or if you prefer something slightly more relaxing, fishing is also allowed on the lake. There are also a number of great footpaths in the surrounding area as well some great coastal paths in Snettisham and Old Hunstanton which are just 19 miles away and both offer everything you could need in a great day out.

From the short walk from the private driveway into the property, set within an almost acre plot, you immediately set foot into the social hub of the property, the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. This spacious and comfortable area of the property is the perfect spot for everyone to get together and enjoy one another's company. As well as this, there are two bedrooms in this part of the property, one double and one twin room. If you head left and down the hallway from the dining area you will find two additional bedrooms, one of the rooms housing three single beds, the other a double bed with an additional single bed, and en-suite shower facilities. There is also a family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. At the opposite end of the property there is another bathroom with shower facilities as well as another spacious double bedroom with en-suite bathroom facilities.

Outside there is a lovely, secured decking area, ideal for enjoying an evening meal in the last of the day’s sunshine, as well as your own private hot tub. All of which is overlooking the lake.

We had a great family week in this well equipped and comfortable holiday home.Its location is great for families wishing to get together with plenty of space for the children.
