Ideal for families and friends or celebrating a big occasion, this spacious property is situated on the edge of Pentney Lakes. Pentney is located about 8 miles south-east of King’s Lynn. It is in the valley of the River Nar. On the lakes itself you are able to throw yourself into water sports such as waterskiing and wakeboarding. Or if you prefer something slightly more relaxing, fishing is also allowed on the lake. There are also a number of great footpaths in the surrounding area as well some great coastal paths in Snettisham and Old Hunstanton which are just 19 miles away and both offer everything you could need in a great day out.

From the short walk from the private driveway into the property, set within an almost acre plot, you immediately set foot into the social hub of the property, the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. This spacious and comfortable area of the property is the perfect spot for everyone to get together and enjoy one another's company. As well as this, there are two bedrooms in this part of the property, one double and one twin room. If you head left and down the hallway from the dining area you will find two additional bedrooms, one of the rooms housing three single beds, the other a double bed with an additional single bed, and en-suite shower facilities. There is also a family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. At the opposite end of the property there is another bathroom with shower facilities as well as another spacious double bedroom with en-suite bathroom facilities.

Outside there is a lovely, secured decking area, ideal for enjoying an evening meal in the last of the day’s sunshine, as well as your own private hot tub. All of which is overlooking the lake.

Good sized property in reasonable location. The kitchen units have seen better days but are functional. The cleanliness and presentation of the property when we arrived was poor. The cleaners had clearly left having not finished or cleared up after themselves. There were lots of cobwebs showing lack of attention to detail over time and the decked aRead morerea hadn't been cleaned properly in a long time. Nice owners, but property overpriced for what it is. Lovely surroundings, peaceful, spacious accommodation. Large outdoor space, great for kids and adults relaxation. Make sure you have supplies as not close to shops. The house was great only problem on our last day we had ants all over the work surface. Other than that everything was brilliant.

Wonderful weekend away with friends and all our children. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time in the garden and hot tub. The children did not want to leave at the end of the weekend.
