This stunning Victorian cottage, located on the corner of East Cliff Green, is beautifully furnished down to the last detail. The property is only a few off-road steps from the beach and the famous Southwold beach huts, with breathtaking sea views out towards the iconic Southwold Pier. Well-situated in the heart of this Edwardian seaside town, a minute's walk (0.2 miles) from the high street, enjoy the renowned and popular independent shops, pubs, restaurants, bars, and cafes. Because the town is located within the Suffolk Coast and Heaths Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, there are so many wonderful walks to enjoy both along the coast and inland. Walberswick (1.5 miles), a nearby seaside village, is ideal for peaceful nature walks, birdwatching, and spotting deer, seals, and otters. The ancient village of Dunwich is also well worth a visit (7.5 miles).

This charming seaside cottage provides plenty of space for larger groups whilst maintaining a cosy, intimate feel. Upon entering the cottage, make your way into the light-filled lounge and relax on the comfortable sofas, taking in the uninterrupted sea views. The lounge also features a unique curved corner wall, Smart TV and a roaring wood burner to snuggle up in front of on colder evenings with a good film on. A bright and open dining room seats six comfortably around the table where you can sit back and admire the sea views. From here there’s a modern, well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to rustle up a lovely breakfast or evening meal during your stay. The washing machine is in a separate pantry off the kitchen, and the downstairs WC is near the back door. After a busy day, head up the stairs to one of three bedrooms. The double bedroom is complete with a cosy reading nook on a small landing with sea views. The twin room boasts two large windows with wonderful views of the green and the sea. The bunk bedroom is located to the rear of the house and has been lovingly decorated with light-coloured walls and colourful bunting. A family bathroom with shower over bath and a further shower room complete the first floor.

Outside, there is a small rear courtyard with a retractable washing line and enough space to store a couple of bikes, surf boards, and beach equipment.
