Located between Hunstanton and Wells-next-the-sea (both 8.5 miles), the idyllic village of Brancaster is a beautiful, relaxing base for those who wish to explore the many stunning sandy beaches and nature reserves of this wonderful region. Within 0.1 miles is a friendly pub serving fine food and you are within easy reach of the gorgeous Brancaster Beach (1 mile) you benefit from having options on your doorstep. You can explore delightful local villages including Brancaster Staithe, Burnham Market and Thornham (all within 4 miles). Other local attractions include Scolt Head Island National Nature Reserve, Holkham Hall, RSPB Titchwell Marsh and the ruins of Creake Abbey (all within 8 miles). For a fun family day out head to Hunstanton where you have traditional amusements galore along with a fun fair, bowling, crazy golf and Sea Life Centre.

This beautiful property really does provide a wonderful place to relax and unwind with loved ones in style, thanks to the thoughtful and tasteful décor the owner has put in to ensure this is a home away from home, plus more. Any chef would be happy to prepare anything from a light snack to a hearty evening meal with this well-equipped, contemporary kitchen then when dinner is ready serve it up at the dining table that can comfortably seat up to six guests. Enjoy getting cosy in the lounge where you can fire up the wood burner and watch a movie on the Smart TV. Completing the ground floor layout is a downstairs walk-in shower room with WC that is accessed via the utility area. Upstairs the master bedroom has a super king-size bed with plenty of storage space. Bedroom two is king-size but has the added convenience of being a zip and link bed so depending on your preferences this bedroom can also be a twin, and bedroom three is a twin room. Completing the first-floor layout is a family bathroom.

Outside there is an enclosed garden with garden furniture and a patio where you can watch the sun go down or enjoy some al-fresco dining. There is a charcoal BBQ that you can look forward to lighting on a warmer day.

Cottage was well appointed in a vey good location. There was plenty of utensils and plates etc. we felt very comfortable there and wished we had booked for longer.

Superb location. Very clean. Lovely little welcome pack on arrival. Gated & secure for dogs. Plenty of dog bowls & towels provided. It is requested that dogs do not go upstairs.

Lovely property, very well equipped. Beds huge! Almost got lost in mine! Brancaster store, and the Ship Hotel in walking distance and the beach a pleasant stroll. I left a couple of comments for the housekeeper to make things even better.

The cottage was very really lovely. the open fire was a gem due to the weather. The bedrooms were very nice and beds very comfortable . the location to the beach from the cottage was spot on , our dogs loved it. The village was nicely situated to other towns and attractions. Highly recommend Holkham house and beach as a visit.

Well-positioned cottage, very well appointed. Comfortable lounge seating and roomy bedrooms. Useful utility room and excellent downstairs shower, upstairs bathroom very compact! Good sized enclosed front garden for parking and children/dogs. Friendly village within walking distance of the well-stocked shop and extensive beach. We liked the cottage, it had character and was very clean. Our Labrador Dolly was chuffed with her own basket of toys, towels, bowls etc and so were we as wed forgotten her bowls. Great outside space for her too as we could let her out safely. Lovely location and within easy reach of the beach. Plenty to do and see nearby.

Cozy cottage in a quiet village with a welcoming pub. More nice pubs, restaurants, and shops within a 5 minute drive. Best of all, the cottage and garden is very dog-friendly, and there is a stunning sandy beach within half a mile (walk or drive).

A beautiful cottage with every thought given to our, and our dogs comfort. Staying in January I was worried about being cold, however the heating works well and log burner is fantastic and warms up quickly. Perfect for cosy relaxing evenings after a day of exploring the many amazing walks in the area. The cottage itself has a really welcoming feel,Read more has been decorated beautifully and yet also practical for having dogs with you. This cottage is in an excellent location for the beach, pub and shop. It is a great size and the garden is perfectly enclosed for the four legged visitors.

Beautiful cottage, well situated and near the beach. The courtyard was a perfect sun trap for eating outside and the cottage had everything we needed and more. Very comfy beds too!

The holiday house lived up to the description and fantastic that it took dogs which was the main reason for choosing it in our chosen location
