Perched on the hillside overlooking the town and set in an elegant terrace of Victorian houses, is this top-floor apartment with far-reaching sea and harbour views from the main bedroom. A short walk downhill will take you into the town and access to all the local facilities. If you’ve not discovered St Ives yet then you will find a bustling town with narrow streets, a maze of cobbled alleyways, granite fisherman’s cottages and the most picturesque harbour. There’s a choice of lovely, sandy beaches popular with surfers and families, coastal footpaths, a fabulous range of local shops and galleries to explore along with a well-known arts scene. With a good variety of restaurants and cafes all within a mile you’ll have a choice of options for dining out.

From the street, enter this imposing building and after climbing two flights of stairs you’ll find yourself in a very individual apartment carefully styled with some bespoke pieces of both art and furniture. To the rear you’ll find an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, the lounge is perfect for relaxing after a busy day watching the Smart TV or enjoying playing on the PlayStation 3. Nice, cosy place with simple interieur but everything you need. The living room area is a bit to small for 4 persons.
