If you fancy a change of scenery, Mundesley beach (3.9 miles) offers miles of coastline, as does Happisburgh (3.5 miles) and why not visit the lighthouse whilst you’re there – the oldest working lighthouse in East Anglia.

Through the modern, fully equipped kitchen, you will find everything needed to cook a celebratory meal. On the ground floor you’ll also find one double bedroom with an en-suite and a twin bedroom with a shower room next door. Up to the first floor, there are a further three double bedrooms (two of which have en-suites) and another twin, as well as a stylishly modern bathroom.
The house has a fully enclosed lawn and patio garden to the rear, dressed in beautiful outdoor seating and large gas BBQ. In the pool house, the 7m x 3.5m pool is heated year-round, fitted with shower and WC for ease of use. The games room contains comfortable seating, a pool table and a kitchenette area, perfect for all ages to hide away and enjoy quality (or competitive) time together.
