The ideal property for a seaside getaway with families or friends, recently refurbished in 2022 and situated within the ever-popular seaside town of Cromer. The town is packed with some great examples of Victorian architecture. Famous for its pier and end-of-pier show, great beaches and delicious Cromer crabs, there is nowhere better to enjoy a traditional seaside holiday. The town has great facilities all within 1 mile, including first-class restaurants, award-winning fish and chip shops, an abundance of individual shops, a cinema as well as playing host to one of Norfolk's most renowned festivals.

Spacious throughout, with a stylish interior creating a welcoming and relaxing feeling with flexible sleeping arrangements. The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner boasts plenty of natural light and offers the ideal space to unwind and put your feet up, with comfortable seating, a Smart TV and well-equipped kitchen. From here, a door leads you through to an office space just before the first bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite. Upstairs there are a further two bedrooms; one king-size-zip-n-link bed and a super-king-size-zip-n-link bed (both can be made into twins on request) and have en-suite shower rooms.

The apartment has a lovely terrace area, the ideal spot for enjoying your morning coffee or firing up the BBQ on a summers evening.

Great location, very spacious. Would be nice to supply dishwasher tablets, maybe shower gel. Could do with shelves in bathroom as no where to put stuff. Iceland deliveries noisy early morning

Excellent central location in Cromer. Loved our stay in this 3 bed apartment, all with en-suites. Spacious open plan kitchen / lounge perfect for relaxing and hosting. Would highly recommend and it also comes with two parking spaces.

Beautiful apartment. Well maintained and equipped and so well placed in the middle of Cromer . Although aware of it we were not disturbed by the Iceland deliveries or traffic . The owner has created a place that felt we could really relax in and be comfortable and some lovely decor and pictures. Although modern design inside ,loved the sense of thRead moree buildings history which feels still there and added to the overall charm . The only reason I would hesitate to recommend is that it might get so booked up I would have trouble being able to stay again ! ! Hide

The accommodation was great. Very central and with 2 parking spaces. The bedrooms were all ensuite with comfy beds and plenty of space. All though delivery vehicles came early for the shops behind the property they were not really intrusive. We had a lovely stay!

We thought the Welcome Pack was lovely. The apartment is stylishly decorated and easy to be in. The location and the fact that there is parking was first rate.

Lovely spacious and modern accommodation in a handsome building close to beach and shops. There is traffic noise on the balcony but it is still a good spot to relax.

A lovely spacious place to stay with 3 Good Size Bedrooms, all on-suite. So near to the town and beach and with two parking spaces - A real bonus !! .Good bus service to see other parts of the Coastline. Plenty of coffee shops and eating places, pubs etc.

Beautiful cottage is generous in size. Everything is to a high spec and each room having a bathroom makes a huge difference. Its a few minute walk down to the beach which was great, and having 2 parking spaces really helped too!

This is a true reflection of our time at The Gurney. The positives first. The beds were so very comfy, the showers excellent and the location perfect to explore this area. Parking space for 2 cars. Please note that the location for the cars are located turning into the first area off the one-way system NOT the second where their is a driveway to thRead moree bins. Right hand side of the main door looking straight at the building. There is NO signage on the walls to indicate that this is where you park so a picture would really help as we did park in the incorrect space and had a knock on the door from the resident. We apologised. She said that this happens all the time. A little thought would correct this I feel. Now the negatives. Sadly the flat needed to be cleaned better. Lipstick marks on the glasses, tea residue in a couple of the mugs and the plates and baking trays needed cleaning as they were greasy. Thank goodness for the dishwasher! The veranda greeted us with a dead bird, bones and feathers and lots of bird poop on the cushions. This I reported and within 3 hours the on-call electrician came. He did his best with the limited equipment he had. He had to borrow my cleaning products. The chest of drawers in all the bedrooms were also dirty with sand and hair. Disappointed that I had to clean the flat before I could begin my holiday. The flat after this was comfortable, nice and warm with plenty of hot water, BUT, if you want peace and quiet this is NOT the accommodation for you. The flat is on a very busy road, bus stop opposite, traffic constant. Also Iceland have deliveries Monday to Saturday from 6.45 in the morning until 8.00. This is very noisy with their trolleys going down the side of the flat, the very large lorry is parked outside the flat in the bus lane. The electronic lift at the back of the van is not pleasant to wake up to at 6.45. The bins are also collected at 5.30 in the morning. Sorry if this sounds negative, just stating what we found. We have reported all this and hope that the flat will be cleaned better for future guests as this could be a great flat with just a bit more care. Not a lot can be done about the noise!! Hide

A lovely apartment in the perfect location. Shops, pubs & the beach all within walking distance. The rooms are all tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the property to a friend. thanks again!

The apartment was lovely, the balcony and parking for 2 cars were nice bonuses. Location really good, close to town centre, beaches and the pier. Just a couple of points to be aware of, there are 3 good sized on-suite double bedrooms, but only one has a wardrobe to hang clothes, and also we were disturbed by noise every morning from the side accessRead more road which is used to make deliveries to the Iceland store.
