Pump Cottage, the best we've ever stayed in. Spotless and with everything. We recommend it to our friends - thank you. Lovely area, we came birdwatching. Spent most of our time at Dunwich and Minsmere. A brilliant area for wildlife. Snape Maltings well worth a visit.

Very cosy and beautiful place, with many activities perfect for families. We went to the Southwold Pier, which consisted of a beautiful beach and lovely shops. The cottage was extremely clean and felt like home, and we loved playing the games left on the shelves. Thanks so much for letting us stay we had a fantastic time.

Absolutely wonderful cottage, clean, spacious and well-equipped. we loved the little welcome pack on the counter in the kitchen so we could enjoy a nice cup of tea with some biscuits after a long journey. Beds were great, wifi was great and the big kitchen too. There is absolutely nothing we disliked. Thank you for an amazing stay.

We spent a week at No 1 Pump Cottages and it has been a wonderful base for our exploration round the Suffolk coast! Our host was extremely helpful and friendly. She catered to our every need, no matter how big or small, thank you! The place is clean and very comfortable, we couldn't feel more at home and it had everything we needed. There's a lRead moreot of space to relax and roam, especially with a 3 year old. The back garden was ideal! One feature we all loved was the shelves with the excellent selection of books and games. There was something for everyone and we all enjoyed a peruse through. We weren't far from many of the places we visited and loved, including Leiston Abbey, Southwold, Dunwich, Walberswick, Framlington Castle, Thorpeness, Aldeburgh and Africa Alive zoological reserve. We had an amazing break - thank you!! Father-in-Law loved the Long Shop museum in Leiston. There were activities for kids to do and a play park at the back, lovely! All th eplaces mentioned above are worth a visit! Hide

The cottage is beautiful. There is so much space and with two kids they really enjoyed the space, especially the garden. The cottage is a good distance from Southwold, Aldeburgh and Thorpeness. The area is nice and quiet and the local pubs really friendly. Thank you for letting us stay here, we really enjoyed and we will be back again.
