A chic two-storey property situated close to the golden sandy beach of Porth, a small seaside village just outside Newquay. The beach is considered to be one of the safest beaches in the area and therefore popular with families. Located on the South West Coastal Path it opens the door to the stunning Cornish coves and bustling towns making for the perfect seaside getaway. The popular town of Newquay (1.5 miles) offers a great choice of pubs and restaurants, a lively place day or night. There are numerous attractions and places of interest within easy reach by car for you to enjoy a day out, such as the historic port of Padstow (13 miles), the Eden Project (17 miles) or beautiful St Ives (33 miles).

This is an elegant property, beautifully appointed and designed for reverse living. Entering on the ground floor, you are greeted by a calm, luxurious interior. The first bedroom houses zip and link beds which can be made up as a twin or king size bed to suit your party. Next you will find the contemporary bathroom with a rain shower over the bath and WC. Moving to the back of the property you will find the master bedroom with a king-size bed, ensuite shower room and full length glass sliding doors opening onto the private, enclosed garden. A separate door is also available for all guests to access the garden. Moving upstairs, you enter the spacious, open-plan living area with comfortable seating from which to watch the Smart TV and the floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors leading out onto the balcony will help make those memorable sunset moments live long in the memory. The kitchen and dining area are well-equipped to dine in style.

Outside the property boasts a wonderful balcony with seating and a private enclosed garden. There is an allocated parking space for one car.

Property was excellent. Location was perfect, everything you needed was in the house. We went with our 2 dogs owners had left treats and bowls. We would be visiting again.

A tiny bit restricted by other properties but the beach is clearly visible as well as a view of the countryside and the coast in the distance.

Super apartment brilliantly located close to the beach. Highly recommend this well equipped, comfortable and dog friendly accommodation.

We loved the ceiling speaker system! Defo need to shout about that. Good sized kitchen/living area. Comfy sofas, dining area was plenty big enough. The entire house was spotless on arrival, underfloor heating a massive bonus. The AstroTurf was a hit with the dogs, meant the house stayed clean and mud free. Very secure too. We found very little Read morefault and cant wait to book again. Previous reviews spoke negatively about the parking but if you just reverse into the space theres no issue. Location was literally 2 minutes walk down to the beach. Perfect for a quick dog walk in the morning. Thanks for a great stay! Hide

Lovely house in a great location. The house itself is lovely and had everything we needed, views were great and easy access to local pub and beach via a short walk. Porth beach was great for the dogs who loved it! The parking was a bit difficult getting in and out of as we have an SUV, it was fine but if there had been 3 other cars in the other spaRead moreces I think I would have found it very difficult. Having said that I would re-book this house as it wasnt a massive issue. Would highly recommend this property. Hide

Well appointed accommodation that is in a prime beach location. The bathrooms and furnishings are spot on. Parking is located at the side of the building, not visible from within the property.
