We absolutely love this property, its a home away from home for us. It is always very well maintained, super clean and in a perfect location for the harbour etc. we are looking forward to our sixth visit!

This property was brilliant. It's on the ground floor, so no steps to worry about. It was very clean and comfortable and in an excellent location. Everything you need is right on the doorstep. On sight parking is also very handy.

Very warm comfortable property ideally placed 2 mins walk to the local pubs, shops and restaurants. Having a parking is a bonus as parking in the village can be tricky. Would book this property again.

This is a lovely appartment and the kitchen is well equipped. It is good to have sharp kitchen knives and a decent frying pan. It is so close to the harbour as well as the supermarket and many lovely places to eat. The Kota restaurant, nearby, is fabulous.

We had a relaxing week here in this ground floor apartment. The patio was large and got the sun till afternoon so nice to sit outside. Quite a good location near to the harbour and restaurants and not far to walk to the supermarket. The bed was comfy with nice quality bedding. (We only used the main bedroom) . Bear in mind Not ideal if you want peace and quiet as ground floor flat with holiday rentals above. Last year child and dog running about. This year two children . Can't be helped. But not ideal if you want to chill. As can be very noisy.

Excellent location although on busy feeder road into Porthleven. Secure parking, Could have improved lounge suite, needs cleaning. Second time we have stayed at this apartment some 8 years since first time, probably won't return...our choice.# But overall apartment in very good walking location to all in Porthleven
