Located on the outskirts of the pretty riverside village of Warkworth, you’re less than half a mile from the 12th-century castle which you can visit. Hire a rowing boat (during summer) to enjoy the waters of the River Coquet or take a guided boat tour to the historic Warkworth Hermitage. Refresh in local pubs or visit Amble (1 mile) to sample local seafood at restaurants near the harbour. From here, you can also take a boat trip to Coquet Island seabird sanctuary. Don’t miss seeing top spots along the scenic Northumberland Coast AONB like sandy Warkworth Beach (1.5 miles).

Enter this ground-floor holiday home via one step and admire the quirky, interesting decor and accessories throughout. In the open-plan living area, there’s a lounge with wall art, wooden floors, charming seating, a TV and patio doors that lead to the garden. A perfect cottage in a great location next to the river Coquet. Emma has provided everything you need for a comfortable stay. Garden is safe and ideal for children and dogs and Warkworth is a short walk away to the castle and a great pub - Masons Arms. Ideal family stay

WOW- a beautiful property in a fabulous location! Beal Bank Farm was spotlessly clean , wonderfully equipped, spacious and a great space to relax in . The garden is well maintained, safe, and the separate bar , a lovely place for sundowners and a game of darts ! Both local beach and small town are beautiful Would highly recommend

The property was as advertised, very well equipped and extremely comfortable, the beds in particular. Although adjacent to a main road, the noise was minimal, and the proximity to the lovely village of Warkworth is ideal, being just that little removed. A beautiful well equipped and presented cottage. Tastefully and uniquely decorated, truly it was a joy to stay here. Beal Bank Farm is ideally situated for visiting the coast of Northumberland with many walks easily accessible from the property. The property was very clean, comfortable and well equipped with plenty of space, both inside and out. Emma the owner was very helpful in sorting out a problem we had at the beginning of the week.

Fantastic location with unspoilt views over the countryside, Beal Bank Farm has everything you could wish for, including plentiful parking, with an EV charger. Warkworth is a short walk away with a castle to visit, many great pubs and lovely walks. Amazing cottage with lots of charm. Garden and outside bar were also great. We did have an issue with the plumbing but this was dealt with as quickly as possible. Love this place so will definitely be back!
