A holiday villa set on the hillside amidst a wooded valley and located on the Millendreath Beach Resort close to Looe. With a large terrace to the front there is somewhere to relax on a warm evening where you can take in the scenery around you and across the resort to the sea. 130 Hillside Villas is presented to a good standard and is ideal for a small family or two couples with two double bedrooms available.

On-site facilities include a Cafe & the Beach Bar and a beach club offering hire equipment and tuition to make the most of the seaside location. The quaint town of Looe with its quirky buildings, narrow streets and range of shops and cafes is a short drive away. Looe Bay Holiday Park is just over a mile away and holidaymakers can make use of the leisure facilities there by purchasing one of their weekly passes.

GROUND FLOOR:
Kitchen/Lounge/Diner: Electric oven and 2 ring electric hob, fridge with ice box, dining table and chairs, Smart TV.
Bedroom 1: Double bed (4'6"), bedside units, hanging space. Distant sea views.
Bedroom 2: Double bed (4'6”), bedside unit, chest of drawers.
Shower Room: Spacious walk-in electric shower, basin, WC. heated towel rail.

GARDEN & PARKING:  Enclosed terrace with rattan garden furniture and two sun loungers. Far-reaching sea views from the terrace. Sufficient on-site parking with unloading allowed near the property. Tickets can be purchased at c. £20 a per week.

Pets: Maximum one dog allowed for an additional charge of £25 per week.Please bring own dog bedding. 
Power and Heat:
 Electric panel wall heaters. Electricity by way of card meter. Min. £10.00 gratuity left for incoming guests. If this runs out, additional cards can be purchased from next to site office. Opening times 9am-5pm Monday-Saturday. Cash and card payments can be made.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Not provided.
Onsite Facilities/Services: Beach cafe and bar 500 yds. On site launderette - £5.00 per session. Seasonal opening.

NOTES: Not suitable for people with mobility restrictions due to there being 51 steps leading to the villa. No smoking.  WiFi provided.  Mobile phone reception varies.

It was a horrible experience staying at this property and ruined our family holiday. We came early it was that bad. We contacted the company whilst we were there to arrange for the problems to be fixed and they werent. We feel we should receive money back it was that poor,upsetting and bad.

Thank you for a lovely stay, we couldn't have wished for better. The local information and tourist leaflets were helpful and a nice touch was the selection of games suitable for all ages.
