The house is spacious and comfortable with great views. We loved it and it worked well for 5 adults, each needing some work from home space. It is well positioned for the beach (7 mins down a steep path) and coast path (5mins up a gently sloping lane). There are 3 bedrooms with double beds and one with a king bed. No ensuites, but a separate bathroRead moreom and shower room. A good big table on the huge patio with plenty of space for outside eating. The rubbish arrangement needs clearer explanation (there is a special key to open the bins). Come prepared with all the soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets and loo roll you think you will need - the initial supply is absolutely the bare minimum. Phone signal is very patchy. A great house in a great spot ! Hide

This is a wonderful house in a fabulous location. The view is spectacular , the house is located in a quiet and secluded area, perfect for us . Very comfortable and well equipped , we were a party of 6 related adults with a very enthusiastic dog, she loved the beach which is easily walkable and knew where it was after first visit . Only downsidRead moree for us is that the fabulous garden is easily escaped by a beach loving dog which we managed by close supervision and fortunately she has good recall ,this needs to be considered when booking . Otherwise we had great fun with her playing ball in the lovely garden , this would not put me off booking again as we loved this spacious house and were blessed by amazing weather Hide

A lovely house, very comfortable, especially the bedrooms and beds. Beautiful view over Mawgan Porth and a lovely garden. It is a steep climb up from the beach so those with mobility issues would be best taking the car to the car park. Plenty of room to park 3 cars.

Good size property, well equipped and comfortable for a large family/group. The outdoor shower and drying room were very useful additions. Lovely area, the beach, pubs/restaurant/shops in the town were in reasonable walking distance although bear in mind its uphill all the way back.

Lovely cottage, clean, comfortable, well decorated and spacious enough for 6 of us. The views were fabulous and the garden a pleasure to sit in. The walk up from Mawgan Porth is a bit of a climb but not a challenge if youre fit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we were lucky with a sunny week in June so enjoyed walks and plenty of beach time. Lovely, well-equipped spacious house, with comfortable beds, lots of living space, a warm(!) outdoor to wash off the sand, place to dry wetsuits and a short walk from the beach.

We have just returned from a lovely week at Dene Court. The house is really homely and was super clean on our arrival and being able to listen to the crashing waves made for a most relaxing time. Just a heads up on the steep walk back up from the beach and also the garden isn't dog friendly or suitable for people with mobility issues. All in all Read morea fab stay and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Dene Court to others. Hide

This house was so perfect for our week long holiday - four adults and two young kids. We loved the proximity to beach and coastal walks. It was well kitted out and good proportions. The laundry/wetsuit room in particular was so useful.

The property was to a high standard, comfortable and accessible. The garden was beautiful and the kids and dog loved playing on the grass. Rooms were all a decent size and two bathrooms were convenient. The outdoor shower was especially good for post beach and sea swimming. Kitchen was well equipped although the owner could/should replace the tRead moreiny fridge and freezer for a more suitably sized one. It got a bit tedious always having to walk to the utility area to reach the larger fridge. A car charger for electric cars would be helpful or an outdoor socket on the driveway. The dryer could/should be plumbed in to remove the water or a sink added to the utility otherwise you are carrying a full drawer of water to the closest sink/front door. The drying rack for wetsuits was awesome but again once the tray below was filled with water it was a balancing act to empty it in the closest sink/front door. We had a brilliant time and would thoroughly recommend. Hide
