This contemporary four bedroomed property is ideally located on a quiet street in Whitby town centre, sleeping eight, has been lovingly refurbished to a high standard and enjoys a private rear patio, which is great for sharing a meal alfresco.

Whitby is a very popular seaside town retaining old world character and has lots of events throughout the year. Whatever your interests, there is something for everyone in the locality, historic castles, even older abbeys, museums, farms, walking, cycling, superb local markets with the very best Yorkshire produce and of course, restaurants and tea rooms too numerous to mention.

Entrance: Spacious hallway with bench to take off your shoes and coat hanging area. Here you will also find the washing machine.
Lounge/ Kitchen/ Diner:
 This spacious contemporary living area has comfortable relaxing atmosphere as you sink into one of the two sofas and watch the wall mounted large screen Smart TV, or just admire the reclaimed wood panelled wall. With an arm chair and various lamps and coffee tables, this is also a great place to make use of the Xbox.
The kitchen boasts sleek modern units and an island with induction hob and hood over. The quartz work surface is extended to create a small breakfast area with two stools. There is a built-in oven and microwave, integrated dishwasher and freestanding Smeg fridge freezer. The dining table seats eight on two chairs and two padded benches. French doors lead out to the rear patio with seating and table to make the most of eating alfresco.
Bedroom 1: Off the living area, this has a king size bed with bedside cabinets and individual wall lights, chest of drawers and a wall mounted TV with DVD player. From here, you go through the walk-through closet with hanging rails and safe into the Jack and Jill shower room.
Jack and Jill Shower Room: With feature dark marble effect walls and a double walk-in shower with rain-head shower, WC, wall hung vanity sink with mirror and lights over.
Bedroom 2: With feature glass panelled sliding door into the living area. Here you with find a daybed which can be extended to a double bed, bedside table with lamp, single wardrobe and wall mounted TV.
Bedroom 3: With zip & link twin beds (can be a super king on request at booking), two bedside cabinets and lamps, double wardrobe, dressing table with mirror and stool.
Family Bathroom: From the hallway, you enter this spacious room with separate shower cubicle, modern oval bath, built-in vanity washbasin and WC with mirror over, heated towel rail.
Bedroom 4: This room has a double bed with single bunk over, two small shelves with lamps, armchair and a clothes hanging unit.
