Set within a generous enclosed garden with lovely views and a large terrace, the outside of this property is one of its many wonderful features. Imagine Summer evenings watching the sun set, sitting around the firepit, whilst enjoying the complete serenity this location offers.  

Inside, this holiday home boasts complete ground floor living with a scandi-farmhouse style throughout. The open plan kitchen, dining and living space is fully equipped with all the luxuries you could need. A stunning bespoke kitchen takes centre stage with a velvet turquoise sofa adding that pop of colour to the minimalistic palette.

Two bedrooms are on offer with accommodation for up to four guests. The principal bedroom has an iron frame kingsize bed with views across the garden and beyond. The second bedroom has zip and link twin beds that can be made into another kingsize with both sharing a modern shower room.

Wildlife is in abundance in this glorious rural retreat with kestrels, buzzards and red kites gliding through the skies above, as well as a large herd of fallow deer taking residence in the surrounding fields, grazing throughout the day.

Gosbeck is small village in mid Suffolk close by to Debenham with its beautiful buildings, an amazing butchers, Co-op, cafes, greengrocers and lovely old school hardware shop, Coddenham, Otley and Woodbridge. Helmingham Hall is just a short distance away with its many festivals and summer fairs, it can be reached either by car or a beautiful walk through the fields. Jimmy's Farm and Wildlife park is also a great day out for the whole family.

A lovely cottage set in an idyllic location. Great walks right on your doorstep. If you love the peace and quiet and want somewhere off the beaten track this is the place for you. Great base for visiting Aldeburgh, Southwold and the surrounding area.

An excellent 4 day holiday in a beautiful location despite the cold weather . Cannot blame the owners for that ! Accommodation well planned and thought out . Welcoming touches of Ryes Farm eggs , fresh bread , and milk . The log burner was very appreciated.

Amazingly peaceful setting in beautiful countryside. Dog friendly large secure garden with lots of dog walks on the doorstep. The Cowshed is in a central position for visiting all the lovely places in Suffolk. Owners friendly.

Just returned from a week at the Cowshed. A lovely quiet location yet not far from town/coast etc. An unusual, quality property quipped to a very high standard with everything you could possibly need. Very dog friendly, from the doggy treats, bowl, towel, lovely dog bed to the large private outdoor space that was totally secure and very clean/tidy.Read more Footpaths straight from the door led off in all directions so there was no shortage of lovely walks with the dog. Plenty of places to explore locally and most are dog friendly. All in all a superb week. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful and I would definitely go back/recommend to others (in fact I already have!) Hide

Owners have created a marvellously relaxing space at the Cowshed. The garden is large and secure for dogs and children, and the place is dead quiet at night ... Exactly what we needed to get a break from London life. Comfy beds and deep dreams await!

Really wonderful property. The hosts are very caring and thoughtful. We took our two dogs and could relax without worry as the ran round and explored the secure and ample garden. The property itself a little gem with everything you could need and more. Its perfectly situated in the heart of Suffolk and a great space for exploring. Our second stay at The Cowshed and hopefully not our last. Such a well designed high quality property in the most peaceful location. Perfect for dog walks from the door step and for exploring the Suffolk countryside beyond. Great hosts too!
