Number 10 is a fantastic large holiday home with everything you would need to enjoy a holiday by the sea. The spacious kitchen boasts a separate pantry and leads out to the first rear patio and the garden path to the secluded rear garden. Here, there is a second lovely patio and seating/bbq area which gets all day sun. With five large bedrooms and three bathrooms, this is ideal for large families or for two families sharing a holiday. The spacious lounge, dining room and separate “chilling” space make it ideal for families to meet and spread out.
The property is only 80 yards from the Cleveland Way (Saltburn to Whitby) coastal footpath to Port Mulgrave and on to Staithes. There is a village inn nearby, serving excellent food, and just across the road is the way down to the beach. This lovely award winning beach offers fine sand, rock pools and the possibility of finding fossils. Also at the bottom of the bank, you will find another delightful country pub and a tea shop selling good food and offering fishing nets, buckets and spades and body boards.
