Lovely property. Extremely comfy bed with good quality bed linen and comfy settee. Apart from a couple of small issues, the cleanliness was very good. A lovely cottage for three of us, down a little lane lined with daffodils. The cottage was light and airy but warm and cosy in the evenings. It was peaceful and quiet and the trains didn't intrude on this. There was a good sized parking space for our van. In a beautiful location, great for tackling each of the three peaks. A lovely cottage set in a beautiful rural location. The neighbouring cottages made us very welcome and were on hand for advice. I would recommend this if you are looking for peace and quiet. The noise from passing trains was barely noticeable.

Lovely cosy cottage, very well equipped. Front garden fully secure for our active Spaniel, however the rear garden is not secure as low dividing wall. Very friendly and helpful neighbours. Wonderful walking in area even in October. Please be aware some routes have cows therefore take care when walking with dogs. Would highly recommend.

A lovely comfortable place to stay, dog friendly and very well equipped with friendly neighbours too. The information and instructions provided by the owners were the best we have come across in many years of self catering holidays. Really lovely cottage with everything you need. Lovely setting with walks from the door and some beautiful nearby villages to explore. Great 5 things to do recommendations from the owners. The back garden has small dividing walls so isnt dog proof unless you have a very small dog. The front garden is fully enclosed but doesnt have a view.
