Living/Dining Area: A generous size room with two sofas, a Smart TV and DVD player, plus a dining table which seats up to four guests.

GROUND FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: With a double bed, large wardrobes, bedside units, chest of drawers and TV.
Bedroom 2: Two single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside units and TV.
Shower room: Newly fitted shower room with a double width shower, wash basin with vanity unit, heated towel rail and WC.

OUTSIDE SPACE & PARKING: No garden but Porthmeor Beach is a few steps away. There is one allocated parking space in the St Nicholas Court gated garage - narrow pace, maximum height 1.9m, will accomodate average family car. 

Baby Equipment: Travel cot, highchair and baby bath provided. Both bedrooms can accommodate the travel cot. Please bring your own cot linen.
Power and Heat:  New electric heating throughout.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
Shop: 0.2 miles Pub: 0.2 miles

NOTES:  Laundry room on site for guest use at an additional charge.

Two dogs welcome. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies.

Superb apartment set in a beautiful part of St Ives. The apartment and complex were both very clean and well maintained. Very close to 2 beaches and the headland made it easy to take our dog for a walk. The apartment was also only a 10 minute walk onto the main harbour front with many shops, bars and restaurants to explore. Excellent all round and Read morehighly recommended. Hide

Lovely spacious, spotlessly clean apartment inside with everything you need. The location is perfect for the beach and close proximity to the town. The added bonus of secure parking makes it a great holiday property.

Location brilliant with the added bonus of parking. The property is very roomy, quiet and had good equipment, heated clothes airer and the added bonus of an air fryer.

A really lovely, spacious apartment, beach Literally around the corner, easy walk into town and pubs. Safe parking a bonus, but space was very tight.

!8 St. Nicholas Court was clean, well equipped and very comfortable, superbly situated for all areas of St. Ives, beaches and shops. The parking space is a real bonus. I would definitely book this property again and certainly recommend it highly.
