Ideal for families or a couples’ getaway, this contemporary end of terrace cottage is situated within the popular Georgian town of Holt. The town has a whole array of attractions, including art galleries, antique shops, fashion boutiques, and delis offering the best of local produce, plus an array of cafes, pubs and restaurants. The Green Flag awarded Holt Country Park has over 100 acres of woodland to discover and Holt is also home to the North Norfolk Railway, where you can pick up the Poppy Line and enjoy a steam train ride to Weybourne and Sheringham. The cottage is also just 4 miles from the stunning North Norfolk coast, where you can enjoy birdwatching in nature reserves, seal watching along vast sandy beaches, and exploring enchanting seaside villages and Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

This welcoming cottage is perfect for relaxing and escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The inviting lounge, with a comfy corner sofa, a wood burner-effect electric fire, and Smart TV, is ideal for unwinding after a day of coastal adventures. This leads through to the spacious dining area, where you’ll also find a separate cloakroom with WC. The kitchen offers a great space for preparing and cooking holiday meals – a stable door opens to the garden if you fancy dining alfresco. On the first floor, there are two spacious bedrooms, a king-size and a twin room. Both bedrooms share the use of the king-size bedroom’s en-suite bathroom.

Holt is a popular town on the North Norfolk map. Seek out its Georgian charm and character, art and antique galleries, fashion boutiques, food shops offering the best of local produce, café's, pubs and restaurants. The Green Flag awarded Holt Country Park has over 100 acres of woodland to discover and Holt is also home to the North Norfolk Steam Railway, where you can pick up the Poppy Line and enjoy a train ride to Weybourne and Sheringham on a diesel or steam train. Just a short drive to the stunning North Norfolk coast, where you can discover bird watching, nature reserves, enchanting coastal and inland villages, Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, sailing, seal watching and vast sandy beaches. The coastal villages of Blakeney for seal trips and Cley for bird watching are just five miles away. A little further along the coast road is the current home of the Earl of Leicester, Holkham Hall, which hosts numerous events throughout the year. Colourful beach huts decorate the vast sands at Wells-next-the Sea and Holkham beach is the chosen beach of the ‘Household Cavalry’ who can be seen galloping along whilst taking a well-earned break in the summer.

The cottage was very clean and cosy. We had everything we needed including soaps, washing up liquid, tea towels etc and hamper was well received. The cottage was well located, approx 10 min walk to the lovely town of Holt full of independent shops and a short drive to the coast and plenty of places of interest.

A lovely clean and well appointed cottage for two people. Holt is a great location to access the attractions of N Norfolk, and it is nice to be able to easily walk into town to browse the many interesting shops, tea rooms and pubs.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pink Lady Cottage. 10 minute walk into town and nice shops and restaurants. Good supermarket (Budgens) for everyday supplies. Cottage was clean and well equipped. Nice enclosed garden for sitting out at the back.

A good cottage for a couple, or a family with two small children. In our opinion, due to the bathroom location and the lack of lounge seats it would not suit four adults or two adults and older children.

Lovely, comfortable, well-equipped cottage in good location. Easy walking distance to the beautiful market town of Holt with plenty of excellent restaurants and shops. A good base for exploring Norfolk.

A pretty cottage, in good area for walking into Holt. Cottage clean, and furniture, fixtures and fittings all good, almost brand new. very pretty fabric blinds at windows, and beds and bedding excellent. This property really lives up to the listing on the website. The place is immaculate, with high quality finish throughout, and excellent equipment provided. It was spotlessly clean and a really nice touch was the basket of local goodies to enjoy during the stay. We felt really at home here and were sad to leave at the end of the week. The cottage iRead mores just a 10 minute stroll into Holt which is a beautiful little town. We were there late November and the town was decorated beautifully for Christmas. I cant recommend this place highly enough. I am sure we will be back! Hide

A great place for a few days exploring north Norfolk. The cottage is beautifully furnished, very comfortable, and has everything you need, including space to park the car off the roadway. We felt relaxed and refreshed, and enjoyed being able to walk into the centre of the delightful market town of Holt.

This is one of the nicest cottages weve stayed in and the little garden is a peaceful sun trap full of butterflies on the afternoon we arrived. One evening we heard tawny owls calling to each other. Pink Lady Cottage was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. The welcome hamper and flowers were a lovely touch.
