A first-floor apartment in an elegant Georgian townhouse in a fabulous location overlooking the historic natural harbour and marina of Falmouth. With wonderful views from the living room across the River Fal to Flushing and the Roseland. Here, you’re likely to see a great mix of marine craft on the water including the local Cornish gigs, kayaks, sailing boats, superyachts and military vessels. A level minutes’ walk into Falmouth town & only 10 minutes’ walk to the award winning blue flag beach of Gyllyngvase.

If you haven’t discovered Falmouth yet you’ll find so much to see and do here. An extensive calendar of events is held throughout the year including the Sea Shanty Festival, the Oyster Festival and in 2023 the Tall Ships Race Magellan-Elcano will begin here. Beautiful Beaches - Shops and Eateries (the award-winning fish and chips at Harbour Lights) - Vibrant Art Scene - Lively Events -  Rich Maritime History ( The popular Maritime Museum is only a few minutes’ walk away) - Adventurous Activities. The apartment is in the enviable position of accessing them all, in just a few minutes! Whether by foot, bus, train, boats or ferries – all on the doorstep!  Perfect for those wanting a car free holiday or equally as a base for exploring the south and west coast of Cornwall.

This apartment offers a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, a bright shower room with underfloor heating along with a spacious bedroom with an Emma king size bed and mattress – all decorated in calming, contemporary colours.

Access to the apartment is up a flight of stairs from the main entrance to the building which has 9 steps to the front door. Internally the apartment is all on one level:

Induction hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge with ice box, washer/dryer and table and chairs.
Bedroom:  King Size bed (5’), bedside units, chest of drawers, wardrobe.

 Cubicle with electric shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail.

OUTSIDE SPACE & PARKING:  No outside sitting area but the harbourside is just moments away with plenty of spaces to sit & enjoy the atmosphere and views. On-street parking is available outside with more in the surrounding streets, all within easy walking distance. A pay and display public car park is available just along the street.

Electric panel heating throughout. Underfloor heating and heated towel rail in bathroom.

Well equipped and comfortable, and lovely location overlooking the harbour. Very convenient for shops and the station, and a short walk to the bus stops.

Enjoyed our stay at a central location in Falmouth, plenty of great restaurants & Bars, everything you need is provided for in the apartment, parking outside apartment never used car all week.

A lovely apartment in a great location. Lots going on in the harbour, which we kept track of ship/boat arrivals and departures via the Falmouth Harbour Movements website. Managed to get on-street parking every night.

We had a really lovely stay at this apartment. It's in a perfect location for exploring Falmouth, and acted as a good base for going further afield. The owners clearly have paid attention to detail when renovating - it has everything you need, the bed is very comfy, and the living room window has a beautiful view. Great location. Managed to get a car space outside the apartment and didn't move the car until we left. Very close to ferries, boat trips and the train. Really good food in Falmouth. Lovely independent shops. Comfy bed! Enjoyed people watching out of the window whilst having coffee.
