Located on the popular Esplanade in Fowey, Jackdaws provides spacious accommodation for a family, couple or friends sharing in the bustling heart of the town with a fantastic choice of amenities all a short walk from your doorstep. 

Natural light floods the apartment and you’ll find river views across the rooftops from the upper floor bedrooms. The spacious kitchen/dining room provides a great family environment along with a separate living room and the well-equipped kitchen is a delight to cook in. Alternatively, just stroll into town for a great choice of independent local restaurants to tempt your tastebuds. Comfy beds and a stylish bathroom add to the restful feel of Jackdaws ensuring a home from home feel. Explore the surrounding area by taking a short walk to the foot ferry across to Polruan, or to the sandy Readymoney Cove beach. Or why not take the coast path for spectacular views and places of historical interest towards Gribbin Head.

JACKDAWS IS ACCESSED UP A FLIGHT OF STAIRS FROM THE ENTRANCE DOOR:
FIRST FLOOR:
Kitchen/Dining Room: Neff induction hob, electric oven and grill, fridge/freezer, dishwasher.
Living Room: Two large sofas, 50” Smart TV and DVD player.
 
SECOND FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: King size bed (5’), bedside units, dressing table and large wardrobe. River views between rooftops.
Bedroom 2: Twin Beds (3’), bedside units and wardrobe. River views between rooftops.
Bathroom: Double head, large, enclosed shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail.

OUTSIDE SPACE & PARKING:  No garden, but as the property is located a short walk from the harbourside you will find plenty of spaces to sit and enjoy the harbour. Parking permit for one vehicle in a numbered space in Squires Field car park which is a 10-15 minute walk from the property. Public car parks are also close by.

Power and Heat:  Gas central heating throughout. Heated towel rail in bathroom. On demand, mains pressure hot water from combi boiler.
Bedding and Linen: Cotton bed linen and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. Please bring your own cot bedding.
Shops: 0.1 mls. Pubs/Restaurants: 0.1 mls. Beach 0.25mls.

NOTES: No smoking. Sorry, no pets allowed. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies.

A well-appointed and well-equipped property that was perfect for our stay. Comfortable bed and best shower we've experienced in any holiday property. The owner Richard couldn't have been more helpful. Will happily return.

We had a fantastic stay at Jackdaws. The apartment was comfortable, clean and spacious. Perfectly located in the heart of Fowey. Owner was helpful and thoughtfully left some milk and shortbread for us. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you.

The cottage was lovely and spacious. There was only the 2 of us but even if there was 4 or a family it wouldn't be a problem. Great location with the centre of the town literally 1 minute away. If we choose to stay in Fowey again it would definitely be at Jackdaws

Beautiful flat but a lot of stairs. Beautiful bathroom and kitchen but could be more utensils etc in kitchen.

Jackdaws is a really lovely property. Very comfortable and well equipped with modern furniture and fittings.It is situated in Fowey with easy access to all of the town's facilities including shops, pubs, quays and ferries. The owners Richard and Sue were very friendly and helpful. Excellent holiday.
