The Old Drapers House is the perfect base to make a memorable holiday in the beautiful coastal resort of Brixham.  There are a variety of fantastic experiences that will entertain all ages; from capturing crabs to explore other great places such as Paignton, Plymouth and Torquay. 

You’re surrounded by local shops, cafes and restaurants also close to explore Brixham harbour, coastal paths and less than half a mile from the beach to enjoy a stroll or a picnic.

In the months of May through to November why not attend one of the many events and festivals in the area like the Brixham Pirate Festival, England's Seafood Feast, Lanterns lights & 'luminations, Dartmouth Music Festival, Dartmouth Royal Regatta, Dartmouth Food Festival, Torbay Air Show, Devon County Show.

Take the steps up to the entrance of this beautiful first floor apartment; upon entering you will be greeted by the fabulous lounge/diner, this well-furnished lounge area allows you to sit back and relax and watch your favourite programme on the TV whilst the fireplace crackles in the background. Continuing through the property you will find the newly refurbished kitchen, the perfect back drop for catching up friends or family whilst cooking up a storm. You will also find two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the second one with a super king bed, both with modern furnishings and last but not least a family bathroom consisting of a over bath shower, hand basin and WC.

FIRST FLOOR APARTMENT:
Kitchen: A beautifully newly refurbished kitchen retaining its Victorian features.  You will find everything you need in this fully equipped kitchen to cook up a storm.
Lounge/Diner:
A comfortable and stylish lounge/diner boasting many of the property's original Victorian features including a feature fireplace, chandelier and original sash windows. You will also be able to access your own Amazon, Netflix and Disney + accounts on the Smart TV (please remember to log out before you depart).
Bedroom 1: Light and airy bedroom with a king-size bed. Plenty of storage space, including a large wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table.
Bedroom 2: Freshly renovated twin bedroom (beds may be zip and linked to form 6' super king bed) and ample storage.

Bathroom: Newly renovated bathroom with a over-bath shower and heated towel rail.  

GARDEN AND PARKING: No outside space, close to Brixham harbour. A parking permit is available for one car for the duration of the stay.

Power and Heat: Heating and electricity included in rent. 
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Baby equipment not provided.

Entrance to the property (roadside) needs to look more appealing. Notes need updating on how to access they refer to a black gate its grey, and better photos would be clearer on how to arrive.
