Retreat to this beautiful detached fishing lodge with your loved ones in a peaceful rural setting close to the harbours of Killary and Little Killary. This quaint retreat sleeps six people across four lovely bedrooms – a perfect accommodation option for families or groups of friends who want to explore County Galway together. Go fishing at Rusheenduff Lake (3 miles) and have fun spotting wading and diving birds. Or visit the iconic stone Quiet Man Bridge (5 miles), which is famous for its appearance in the classic 1952 film The Quiet Man.

Step inside this idyllic Georgian fishing lodge and you’ll be greeted by an inviting hallway leading to the lovely living area with period features and traditional decor. Slip onto a sofa and take a moment to make yourself at home before heading to the smart kitchen area to whip up something tasty for your loved ones. Get everyone together to eat in the spacious dining area overlooking the pretty garden. After dinner, relax by the open fire in the living area and lose yourself in a good book. At the end of the day, four welcoming bedrooms are waiting for you – one double, one twin and two singles. For freshening up, there’s one bathroom with a separate shower, and one shower room.
