Tucked away at the foot of the Maumturk Mountains, lose yourself in the serenity of the picturesque Inagh Valley at this quiet bungalow that welcomes five guests, ideal for families looking to discover County Galway. Situated on the Western Way walk, this peaceful rural spot is a haven for keen outdoor enthusiasts, with countless footpaths and trails through the stunning mountains and rocky landscape beginning from the doorstep, plus opportunities for climbing. The scenic area surrounding Lough Inagh (1 mile) offers plenty to keep you entertained, with sailing, water-skiing, windsurfing, clay-pigeon shooting and mountain biking available at Killary Adventure Centre, just over 9 miles away. The largest market town in Connemara, with many pubs, restaurants and cafes to enjoy, as well as some breathtaking scenery, Clifden can be reached within 16.5 miles.

An entrance porchway welcomes you into the cottage and leads to a gorgeous open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which features a charming wood-clad ceiling and exposed brickwork that sets a delightfully cosy ambience. The lounge space comprises a comfortable sofa and two armchairs centred around a TV and a roaring open fire, whilst the light and bright kitchen/diner space offers everything you need to cater if you decide to eat in, as well as some wonderful views across the surrounding sheep farm from the breakfast bar. There is also a handy utility room. The two lovingly furnished bedrooms, one en-suite double and one bedroom boasting a double and single bed, feature a charming wood-clad ceiling and stunning countryside views. A contemporary family bathroom completes this quaint cottage.

Outside, soak up the wonderfully fresh countryside air by dining alfresco on the garden furniture and find pure serenity unwinding in the bucolic surroundings.
