Experience the charm of this welcoming family cottage set in a prime location overlooking the breathtaking Bannow Bay with captivating sea views. 2.5 miles from the village of Wellington Bridge at the head of Bannow Bay, this is where you'll find the nearest pub and restaurant. Pony trekking adventures are also offered by the owners. A short distance away, the Passage East ferry awaits to transport you to Waterford (10 miles). Explore the John F. Kennedy Arboretum, revel in an 18-hole golf course, and dine in fantastic restaurants at New Ross, 16 miles from home. The region beckons outdoor enthusiasts with sea fishing, coastal walks, and an array of beaches to discover.

Inside, the cottage is comfortably furnished and well-equipped, featuring wooden-clad ceilings and a spacious kitchen/diner, well-equipped for sociable meal times. There’s also a welcoming lounge with an open fire and plenty of comfortable seating. Ascend the stairs to two inviting bedrooms—one with a double bed and an en-suite shower room and the other with three single beds, accompanied by a family bathroom.

Outside, there’s a large parking area, garden furniture, and the option to hire a BBQ. The cottage overlooks the owner's campsite, where from June to September, a delightful array of additional facilities await, including a coffee dock, a food van and music on Saturday nights in June, as well as Friday and Saturday nights in July and August. Cottage guests are warmly invited to partake in these extra offerings, enhancing the holiday experience.
