We had a lovely stay! The location is perfect: in the countryside but with lovely sights nearby. We made beautiful hikes and took the train for a day to London.

Lovely cottage, with plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 under 2 years, lots to do close by and within half an hour drive even in the winter! We loved the log burner and there was plenty of wood available for our stay. So well equipped for children with highchair, cot, stair gates, plastic plates and cups Thankyou!

This was our base for cycling in the area and was a great choice. The cottage was comfortable and very well equipped, very quiet, and a good size for the four of us.

This cottage was extremely child friendly with lots of little touches which really made the stay lovely. Kitchen is well equipped and garden games were great fun. Garden isnt fully enclosed which wasnt an issue for us as our oldest is 2 and we were always in the garden with her. I would definitely recommend both this cottage and the beautiful area.Read more Hide

Lovely clean cottage with friendly owners. Located in a great place to make the most of our National Trust membership. Was a great half term for children with visits to Kiplings house, Sisinghurst and Battle to see the field and Abbey. The nearby vineyard has lovely cider and wine. We even visited Dover.
