Catch the ferry from Burtonpoint (11 miles) for the short crossing to Arranmore. You can hire a bike to explore this tranquil island and its remarkable Megalithic monuments. From Burtonpoint, you can also hop on a sea safari trip around the offshore islands, looking out for friendly dolphins and other wildlife.
Spacious, bright, and tastefully furnished, the cottage’s open-plan layout provides a glorious outlook from every window. Comfortable seating and a solid-fuel stove create a cosy sitting space, while the country kitchen and dining area have ample space for creative cooks and companionable dining. There are two, delightful ground-floor double bedrooms, both with pretty traditional brass beds, as well as a bathroom with bath, shower and WC. Upstairs is a third, inviting double bedroom with an en-suite shower and WC.
Outside, a terrace with garden furniture overlooks the magnificent view.
