The beach is only a short walk from the property, perfect for lazing around on and soaking up the summer sun or why not take a dip or paddleboard on Looe's still blue water. When venturing over to West Looe make sure to visit The Sardine Factory which has a heritage centre along with a climbing wall for all ages to enjoy. Upstairs there is a highly recommended restaurant serving delicious local produce.

A property with these astounding views comes with challenges and in this case the hill it is located on is steep and very narrow in places so not for the faint-hearted to drive along. There are also 23 steps down from the parking area to reach the front door.
