2 Channel View is a fabulous four-bedroom three-bathroom townhouse with stunning sea views and in a great location just a short stroll to Porthmeor Beach and the centre of St Ives and the harbour. The town has a plethora of golden sandy beaches, cafe’s restaurants, independent shops and galleries. Along with the super views and great location, 2 Channel View has parking for two cars, a garden, and is a great destination for your break in St Ives at any time of the year.

GROUND FLOOR:

Living Room: This room has sea views, comfy sofas, a Smart TV and DVD player, with double doors to the dining area.

Kitchen/Dining Room: A great newly fitted space, perfect for holiday living with and electric hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave and large dining table which comfortably seats up to seven guests.

FIRST FLOOR:

Bedroom 2: King size bed, bedside units, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

Ensuite Shower Room: With shower cubicle, basin, heated towel rail and WC.

Bedroom 3: King size bed, chest of drawers, bedside units, TV and sea views.

Bedroom 4: Single bed, drawers, hanging space and sea views.

Shower Room: Shower cubicle with both rain head and handheld options, basin, heated towel rail and WC

SECOND FLOOR:

Bedroom 1: With wonderful sea views, king size bed, bedside units, chest of drawers, wardrobe and TV, this fabulous newly renovated room is a great space to while away the hours whilst taking in the glorious vista.

En-suite: A large luxurious room with a large shower cubicle, basin, heated towel rail and WC

OUTSIDE SPACE & PARKING: Rear Garden with attractive flower beds and terraced areas, plus outdoor furniture. There is also a utility shed at the top of the garden housing a washing machine and freezer, this space is a good area for storing bicycles and beach equipment. Private driveway parking for two cars opposite the house.

Pets Allowed: No dogs are acepted.

Fantastic property! Great location, lovely space, superb views - complimented by the bonus of parking for two large cars just opposite, which is a huge help with children and elderly parents in tow! All facilities in the house were easy to use and understand, beds were comfy - clearly equipped with guests comfort in mind. Wed stay here again, and wRead moreouldnt hesitate to recommend! We have stayed at other accommodation in Channel View, but No.2 Channel View is the best overall.

We loved our stay.The property was very clean snd comfortable. The location too was perfect.(We needed the exercise with all the lovely food on offer in St Ives!) We hardly used the outdoor space -(we understand plans are in place to improve this) .This wasn't a problem though because of the general location, and we ate out of an evening .

The property and overall cleanliness was faultless. The only thing I would mention is that the living room carpet was stained and had obviously been cleaned before we got there but it was still wet and there was not a very nice smell coming from it for quite a few days - which was a shame. Also, when we arrived some plastering outside had just beenRead more done and we were told by the builders to not go outside in the garden that day. Unfortunately aswell the windows had been splattered with watery plaster and left very dirty. Apart from those points the property was absolutely great and we enjoyed our time there. Hide
