Entrance Hall: This is a grand entrance hall with original half paneled walls, a stone fireplace with electric fire and a paneled ceiling. There are two armchairs where you can take a minute after a day in the fresh air and take in the sweeping double width staircase.
Cloakroom: With an automatic light, this room has a tiled floor, WC, small wash basin with mirror over and heated towel rail.
Lounge: This sumptuous room provides the perfect setting for up to ten people gathering together with extra comfy seating for four in the next door snug and enjoying the company of family and friends. Or you could settle down to watch your favourite show on the large screen TV. The stone fireplace houses a log burner, great for keeping cosy on cooler evenings. There are two 3-seater sofas and four chairs, including a feature high back chair, various coffee tables with a large glass topped table in the centre of the seating area and plenty of lamps. The fabulous wallpaper on the chimney breast and the glorious bay window bring elegance and style to this wonderful room.
Snug: Through double glass doors from the lounge, you will find the snug. With two-seater sofa and two chairs and a second log burner. The room is open to the dining and extended kitchen area
Dining area: This space is filled with a stunning real wood long table which will easily seat 12. Along with the two benches are two dining chairs and the room is finished off with a large built-in dresser. French doors lead out to the patio area and rear terraced garden.
Kitchen: Open from the dining area is the fantastic kitchen with bespoke wooden units and granite worktop and island with two ring induction hob and the triple size Aga. This is the ideal place to cook up a storm with all the local produce you have found on your journey around the local villages and towns. If you are unsure of using the Aga, there is a built-in electric oven and microwave, along with an American style fridge freezer with ice maker, a wine fridge and an unusual drawer style dishwasher. And not to forget the wine rack with bottles for your use, just leave payment in the honesty box.
Utility: Here you will find a washing machine, tumble dryer and an extra fridge along with a painted pew, a great place to sit and take off your shoes, with plenty of coat hooks.
FIRST FLOOR
Landing: After climbing the wide staircase, you will reach the spacious landing on various levels with feature hanging light fitting.
Master Suite: Enter through the spacious dressing area with dressing table, complete with stool and triple mirror, a chest of drawers, separate wardrobe, lounging chair, walk in wardrobe and full -height mirror. Through to the bedroom itself with a king size bed, two bedside cabinets and lamps, dressing table with stool and triple mirror double wardrobe and wall mounted TV. This elegant room is the perfect place to retire to at the end of a long day sightseeing.
En-suite: A dream bathroom with fully tiled floor and walls, two wash bowls set on a large, shared vanity unit, a extra large bath and a beautiful walk through shower, and don’t forget the 'his and hers' heated towel rails, a luxury to have warm fully towels to wrap yourself in.
Bedroom Two: Another elegant room with king size bed, two bedside tables with lamps, dressing table, complete with ghost chair and triple mirror and an original cast iron fireplace. There is also a built-in wardrobe. Views from the window extend across the front lawn towards the village stream.
Shower Room: With tiled floor and open wet room style shower, WC and wash basin with mirror over plus heated towel rail.
Whisky Room: The perfect room to escape to, if whisky is your tiple or not, with a comfortable leather sofa, two armchairs, two bookcases with a range of books and a coffee table set up with various games. And don’t forget the range of whiskies at your disposal. You will find a further TV and a small electric stove style fire to keep you warm.
SECOND FLOOR
Bedroom Three: This family size room has a king size bed with bedside cabinets and lamps and two single beds with bedside cabinet and lamp between. At the end of the beds are, respectively, a bench and two large footstools. A chest of drawers and wardrobe complete this room.
Bedroom Four: Front facing with king size bed, two bedside cabinets with lamps, a chest of drawers with mirror over and a long bench along with clothes hanging area.
Bedroom Five: Rear facing with king size bed, two bedside cabinets with lamps, a chest of drawers with mirror over and a chair, along with clothes hanging area.
Bathroom: Stone tiled floor and wood paneled walls with a freestanding slipper bath, a separate shower cubicle with rain-head shower, wash basin with mirror over and heated towel rail.

Outside retreat zone: The property is reached by a sweeping gravel drive leading to the parking spaces at the side of the property (please be aware the further holiday property, Church Beck House, adjoins Church Beck Retreat)
At the rear of the property is the patio and terraced garden. On the first level, you will find a comfortable seating area and modern pergola with drop sides, retractable roof and led lighting. Going past more outdoor seating with a small table, take the steps up to the further garden level with more seating under the apple tree. Pass the statue and through the last arch, you will find the eight-seat hot tub in a secluded alcove next to the well-appointed changing room with shower, WC and spacious changing area. From here, you can access the large cedar clad sauna. Please note that the use of these facilities are for the use of of the guests staying at the property.
